Boston Scientific Corporation (JOBS): Court Finds Johnson & Johnson Patents Invalid

NATICK, Mass., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boston Scientific Corporation announced today that the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware has found all four patents in a suit involving Johnson & Johnson to be invalid.

The Court ruled today that a trial on the four patents, which was scheduled to begin February 9, will not proceed.
