Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act
Biotie Therapies Corp. (“Company” or “Biotie”) has gained knowledge of a notification regarding changes in number of votes in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, described below.
The notification received by the Company concerns the changes in holdings of the Company’s shares by Novo A/S as a result of the transactions carried out on 13 November 2013. As a result of these transactions, the aggregate holding of Novo A/S has decreased below 5 per cent of the total number of shares and votes of the Company.
