About a year after taking the reins at Baxter International Inc., Chief Executive Robert Parkinson has finished assembling his top management team.The top executive at the Deerfield-based medical products giant Wednesday named Susan Lichtenstein corporate vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, and Peter Arduini president of the medication delivery business.Like Parkinson, both executives come from outside the corporate ranks at the 74-year-old maker of blood therapies, kidney disease treatments and devices to deliver drugs to patients.
