INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Windrose Medical Properties Trust , a self-managed specialty medical properties REIT, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per share for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2004, an increase of $.005. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2005 to shareholders of record on February 28, 2005.
Separately, the Company announced it will release fourth quarter financial results for the period ended December 31, 2004 on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 after market Eastern Time. An accompanying conference call will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. During the call, management will discuss fourth quarter financial results and provide a business overview.
