Streamline Health’s solutions aid the drive for paperless environments by enabling document images (such as images of signed patient consent forms) to be clearly viewed and managed within each patient’s electronic health record. The result is a streamlined flow of information associated with using and completing a patient’s electronic health record. Through use of these solutions, organizations are better equipped to reduce coding turnaround times and accrue significant savings throughout the revenue cycle.
Key functionality of the Streamline Health solution is tightly integrated with the Carecast enterprise clinical system. This enables physicians and HIM professionals to work within their specific Carecast applications and seamlessly obtain document images critical for efficient chart coding, chart completion and release of information activities.
