Misys Healthcare Systems today announced that it has signed an agreement with Pascack Valley Hospital in Westwood, N.J., to purchase Misys Optimum(TM) clinical information management solutions including Misys CPR(TM), Misys Data Warehouse(TM), Misys Media Manager(TM), Misys Laboratory(TM) and Misys Encompass(TM). Pascack Valley Hospital, the most aggressive user of computerized physician order entry (CPOE) in Bergen County bordering New York City, is replacing its Eclipsys E7000 clinical system with the Misys CPR fully integrated computer-based patient record information system with CPOE.
