ADOC is an IPA serving approximately 60,000 members in Southern California. By integrating the MC400 system into its environment, ADOC foresees a significant reduction in administrative costs as well as the automation of manual processes including claims, authorizations, referrals and document imaging.

In conjunction with the core MC400 application, ADOC will launch the full OAOHS ancillary suite, including MCNet for MC400, Care Management System for medical management, Document Imaging for claims storage and retrieval, and the OAOHS Communications Server (CommSys) for document management.
