The management changes include: the promotions of Gerry Brunk (Cambridge, MA), Beni Rovinski (Toronto, ON), and Nandini Tandon (Mountain View, CA) to the role of Managing Director where they will join Brian Underdown (Toronto) who continues in that role; Daniel Hetu (Montreal, Quebec) to the role of Venture Partner; and Jack Jenuth and Charles Trimble to the role of Senior Analysts. The name change to Lumira Capital is the final part of a strategic repositioning to enable the firm to build on its strength as a leading North American investor in biopharmaceutical and medical device companies.
