Li Taka Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that at the AGM of the company held on July 8, 2004 the resolution was put to vote regarding rights issue proposal, it was not passed favorably by the shareholders therefore the Rights Issue proposal stands cancelled for the time being.
