STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Nomination Committee of Getinge AB (STO:GETIB) has announced that it will propose that the Annual General Meeting on 19 April 2007 elect Johan Bygge as a new member of the Board of Directors, since Vice Chairman Fredrik Arp has declined re-election.
