Health Benchmarks(R) Inc. convened its first annual Pay-for-Performance Users’ Group Conference on May 6, 2004, in Santa Monica, Calif. The two day conference created a collaborative atmosphere for leading health plans, including among others Blue Cross of California, the Hawaii Medical Service Association, and Regence Blue Shield to discuss challenges and opportunities for advancing and enhancing pay-for-performance initiatives.
