The group chief financial officer of Hertfordshire-based Consort Medical is set to leave the business to take up the same position at FTSE 250 company Dechra Pharmaceuticals.
Richard Cotton will leave Consort after the interim results in December 2016, to ensure an orderly transition.
The search for his successor is underway, and a further announcement will be made in due course, Consort said.
