Dr. Wolkodoff will be conducting this clinical study and observations, using some of the newest analytical medical devices available, at his Rose Center for Health and Sport Science facilities located at the Health One Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.
This clinical study is in conjunction with the testing as part of the weight loss challenge program using HARD Nutrition Fat Fighter at Forza Gym in Denver. The Study will involve pre and post assessments, and the related research and measurements, of the participants in the weight loss challenge at Forza. The study will try to quantify the effects of Fat Fighter, and more importantly help individuals set their optimal levels of exercise to gain their desired results with the use of Fat Fighter.
