SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Critical Home Care, Inc., (BULLETIN BOARD: CCLH) , a national provider of staffing and home care services, mail order pharmacy and durable medical equipment, will release financial results by Friday, August 20, 2004, for the first quarter ended June 30, 2004.
Critical Home Care earlier this year acquired Arcadia Services, Inc. (“Arcadia Services”) and Arcadia Rx, LLC. (“Arcadia Rx”). Arcadia Services is a national provider of staffing and home care services located in multiple states with revenues of approximately $78 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2004. Arcadia Rx is a mail service pharmacy with annual revenues of approximately $3 million. The transaction was effective May 10, 2004.
