Revenues for the three-month period were $16.3 million compared to $10.4 million for the same period a year ago. The Company reported net income of $1,271,000 for the quarter, or $0.29 per basic common share, compared with net a net loss of ($60,000) and a net loss applicable to common shareholders of ($208,000) or ($0.11) per common share for the first quarter last year.
