(BULLETIN BOARD: AVVW) has filed its Form 10-Q SB quarterly report containing financial and operating results for the quarter ended February 29, 2004. AVVAA reports a loss for the three months ended February 29, 2004 of $421,536 ($0.02 per share) compared to a loss of $262,871 ($0.02 per share) in the comparable three months ended February 28, 2003.
"AVVAA's efforts during this quarter relate to the development of strategic business plans for the launch of the core products to the North American market. AVVAA is finalizing a lease for an initial 4,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Vernon, British Columbia to house manufacturing and production of the AVVAA line of skin care products, (see news release April 14, 2004). In addition, AVVAA is currently completing a Joint Venture, (see news release January 6th 2004) where the JV partner will contribute $5,000,000 CDN for construction of a building and purchase of equipment for manufacturing the 'MYSTIC' line of bath, skin, body and aromatherapy products. AVVAA will continue to focus on the research and development of natural, nontoxic skin care treatments and in this regard has proposed collaboration with Philadelphia's St. Agnes Medical Center and Drexel University College of Medicine's Radiation Oncology Department to conduct clinical trials to further define the benefits of NEUROSKIN spray for the different kinds of burns, ( see press release April 16, 2004)"
