ARUP Laboratories Releases ARUP Consult(R) v.3.0

SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- ARUP Laboratories, a national medical reference laboratory and a leader in innovative laboratory research and development, announced the release of ARUP Consult(R) v.3.0 -- The Physician's Guide to Laboratory Test Selection and Interpretation. The new release builds upon ARUP Consult's success as an award-winning diagnostic tool. The new release offers a number of new features and enhancements including expanded diagnostic information, disease-specific update notification, and improved navigation.

-- Collapsible tables: collapsible tables that enable health care professionals to expand or collapse test tables to reduce scrolling

-- email notification: physicians can subscribe to automatic email notifications to alert them when new information about one or more disease-related topics and/or algorithms is available

-- Condensed guidelines reference section: clinicians can access all relevant types of guidelines, including journals, National Guidelines Center, and scientific organizations, from a single box.
