Zogenix, Inc. Appoints David Nassif Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zogenix, Inc., a privately held CNS-focused specialty pharmaceutical company, announced today that David Nassif has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Nassif brings a breadth of life science experience across multiple roles, including financial planning, investor relations, SEC reporting, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, business and corporate development, treasury activities, legal affairs and the corporate secretary function. Mr. Nassif has more than 14 years of industry experience in executive financial management roles in both development-stage and commercial-stage companies with both public and private companies.
