Ventana Medical Systems, Inc. Resolves Patent Litigation against Danaher's Vision Systems Subsidiary; Grants Non-Exclusive License to Vision
TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ventana Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: VMSI) announced today that it has reached an agreement with Vision Systems Pty Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Danaher Corporation, to resolve litigation alleging infringement of Ventana’s US Patent No. 6,352,861 by Vision’s Bond-X and Bond maX automated staining instruments.
