Resolutions Of The Annual Shareholders' Meeting Of Sartorius AG

At today’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in Goettingen, Germany, shareholders approved the board proposals by a large majority. Thus, the Annual Shareholders' Meeting passed the resolution to pay dividends of 1.02 euros per preference share (previous year: 0.96 euro) and 1.00 euro per ordinary share (previous year: 0.94 euro). Accordingly, the total amount of dividends to be paid out will rise 6.3% to 17.2 million euros from a year earlier.
