Huntington’s Disease (HD) is an autosomal dominant neurodegenerative disorder characterized by motor disturbance, cognitive decline and psychiatric symptoms. It is caused by an unstable expansion of CAG repeats in the huntingtin gene. Together with the CHDI Foundation, PsychoGenics has worked on HD for over 8 years.
