Freda Lewis-Hall, MD, DFAPA, is the chief medical officer of Pfizer Inc. Trained as a psychiatrist, she has held leadership roles in academia, medical research, front-line patient care and at global biopharmaceutical companies including Vertex, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Eli Lilly.
