BERLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Supervisory Board of biotechnology company MOLOGEN AG (ISIN DE0006637200, Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange: MGN) today appointed Walter Miller as member of the Executive Board and new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MOLOGEN AG with effect from 1 April 2016.
Upon taking office, Walter Miller will have responsibility within the company for Finance and Administration as well as the Risk Management, Compliance and Corporate Governance departments.
