Evogene Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering in the United States

REHOVOT, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Evogene Ltd. (EVGN.TA) today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of its ordinary shares in the United States. The size of the offering has not yet been finalized. Evogene has applied to have its ordinary shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “EVGN.”
