CEL-SCI Announces Reminder of Warrant Exercise Price

VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CEL-SCI Corporation (NYSE American: CVM) wants to remind its shareholders that the lower exercise price for its outstanding Series S warrants (CUSIP number 150837177, publicly traded under the symbol “CVM WS” on the NYSE American) will end on June 11, 2018. Until the end of trading on June 11, 2018 the warrants are exercisable at $1.75 plus 25 warrants for one share of CEL-SCI’s common stock; thereafter the exercise price will revert to $31.25 per share of common stock plus 25 warrants for each share of CEL-SCI’s common stock. The warrants will expire on October 11, 2018.
