LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CHI-California Healthcare Institute announced today it has extended its early bird registration deadline for the 2009 California Healthcare Policy Forum to Oct. 2. The forum, hosted by CHI and supported by Gilead Sciences, Sanofi-Aventis and Exelixis, will be held Nov. 5, in San Francisco, at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco Hotel, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
