BioEnterprise Hosts Startup Challenge Series

Part I: How to Form Your Company and Protect Founder Interests, April 4th, will cover Intellectual Property, Choice of Entity, Employee Compensation, Virtual Management and Approaching Investors. Color commentary and a panel discussion will feature, William Fuller (Sotera Medical), Kurt Rote (Western Oncolytics), James Richardson (Promedica Innovations), and Carter Williams (iSelect Fund).

Part II: How to Fund Your Company and Work with Your Investors, April 18th, will cover Term Sheets, Closing Documents, and Thoughts for the Future -Next Round and Exits. A panel of entrepreneurs and investors – Jon Snyder (Neuros Medical), Russ Donda (ViewRay), David Kereiakes (River Cities Capital Funds), and Bill Trainor (Mutual Capital Partners) – will offer their insights and stories on the funding process.

Both sessions will be held at the Global Center for Health Innovation in Cleveland and start with a light breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and conclude with a networking lunch at noon. Complimentary valet parking is included.
