Melbourne, April 11, 2011 (ABN Newswire) - Benitec Limited (ASX:BLT) (PINK:BNIKF) is pleased to announce that it is undertaking a fully underwritten Renounceable Rights Issue to raise approximately $8 million, following an agreement reached with La Jolla Cove Investors Inc to terminate their convertible note funding arrangement with Benitec.
