Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics (AMT) Says IPO on June 20; Price 8-10 Eur Per Share
AMSTERDAM (Thomson Financial) - Dutch biotechnology firm Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics will launch its initial public offering on Euronext Amsterdam on June 20, the company said in a press release. A maximum of 5 mln ordinary shares will be offered and the offer price is expected to be in the range of 8-10 eur per share.
