Vante Promotes Top Executives Brent Fausett and Cindy Florian

Brent Fausett has been promoted to Executive Vice President. He was previously Vice President of Sales and Marketing and General Manager at Vante. This new position recognizes Brent's deep contribution to the company in sales and marketing as well as his ongoing work with Vante CEO Roger Vogel to form and execute the company's strategy. This success has allowed Vante's medical manufacturing technology business to average a 22% growth rate since he joined the company. This promotion recognizes all of Brent's sales and marketing work and the work he undertakes at the top of the company, and formalizes his role at the strategic level.

Cindy Florian has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources and Quality. She was previously Director of Human Resources and Quality at Vante. Vante is recognizing Cindy for her tireless work and outstanding contributions to Vante is many areas, including human resources, finance, quality, ESOP matters, biopharm sales, as corporate secretary and more. The scope, contribution and high quality results of her work are highly impressive.
