Arkansas Announces $18.5 Million Settlement with Eli Lilly and Company

AP -- Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel says the state has reached an $18.5 million settlement with Eli Lilly & Co. over improper marketing of an anti-psychotic medication. McDaniel said Tuesday the settlement covers state Medicare spending on prescriptions for Zyprexa that shouldn't have been written.
