Another KFC for Welwyn Garden City?

whtimes -- A FAST FOOD chain is looking to open a second restaurant in WGC, creating up to 30 jobs in the process. KFC has announced plans to open more than 200 new stores across the country, with the creation of up to 9,000 jobs.
