Parnell Pharmaceuticals Holdings, which develops health care products for companion animals, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $58 million in an initial public offering. The Alexandria, Australia-based company, which was founded in 1986 and booked $12 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2014, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol PARN.
