MORRISTOWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Actavis, Inc. today said that the Department of Justice, on behalf of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), has filed a complaint seeking a permanent injunction against the business of its Actavis Totowa LLC subsidiary.
