Los Angeles Business -- Abraxis BioScience Inc., a Los Angeles maker of a chemotherapy drug that uses nanoparticles, is continuing its expansion in the Phoenix market. Its personalized health care division, Abraxis Health, dedicated its $70 million biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Phoenix on Wednesday afternoon. The newly completed plant will create up to 200 high-tech jobs, said Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, the company’s founder and chairman.
