Yahoo Finance -- Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE:WYN - News) today announced that it closed on the renewal of the secured, revolving foreign credit facility for its South Pacific vacation ownership business. The 364-day facility bears interest based on a variable rate plus a spread and has capacity of approximately AUD 193 million.
