(NASDAQ: WMGI), a global orthopaedic medical device company specializing in the design, manufacture and marketing of reconstructive joint devices and biologics, today reported financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2007. Net sales totaled $98.0 million during the second quarter ended June 30, 2007, representing a 12% increase over net sales of $87.5 million during the second quarter of 2006. Net sales during the second quarter reached a record level for any quarter in the Company’s history. Excluding the impact of foreign currency, net sales increased 11% during the second quarter.
