A newly formed medical device maker has leased about 88,000 square feet in a Mettawa office building that will become its headquarters.
Vyaire Medical will move by the end of 2017 to Woodland Falls Corporate Center, 26125 N. Riverwoods Blvd. in the north suburb, said David Stafford, the firm's executive vice president and chief financial officer.
It is the second large lease recently signed by the owner of the six-story building at Interstate 94 and Townline Road, which earlier this year lost its lone tenant when CDW moved workers from the building and another north suburban structure to a larger space in Lincolnshire.
