ROME--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Visiogen announced the formation of its European subsidiary and the commencement of the controlled commercial release of the Synchrony® accommodating intraocular lens in Europe at the winter meeting of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) held in early February in Rome, Italy. Visiogen Europe GmbH will be headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, and represents the company’s first overseas subsidiary.
