Feb 24 (Reuters) - ViroPharma Inc posted a quarterly loss, hurt by higher expenses and an asset-impairment charge. For the fourth quarter, the company posted a net loss of $977,000, or 1 cent a share, compared with net income of $20.4 million, or 25 cents a share, a year ago.
