The firm has added Linda Peters and Brian Burns, both Senior Vice Presidents of Client Services.
Linda Peters brings extensive leadership and industry experience to Validant and will provide strategic direction and hands-on expertise both to the firm’s programs, employees, and key client relationships, and to growing Validant’s Global Regulatory Affairs consulting offerings. Prior to joining Validant, Linda was Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs, Medical Products, and member of the Senior Management Team at Baxter Healthcare. Before joining Baxter, she was Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at MedImmune (now AstraZeneca), and prior to that, Regulatory Affairs Director at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in animal science/biochemistry from Southern Illinois University, and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Brian Burns brings deep executive experience in Quality and Regulatory strategy and management to Validant, along with a track record of comprehensive medical device, pharmaceutical and diagnostics product quality and quality system performance improvement. Prior to joining Validant, Brian served as Executive Vice President of Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Haemonetics Corporation. Before joining Haemonetics, he was Senior Vice President, Quality and Regulatory Americas at Fresenius Medical Care. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President, Global Quality, Regulatory and Safety at Boston Scientific. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas.
