LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Company (Pink Sheets:USAU) announces that it has executed an exclusive Non Disclosure Agreement with Advanced Biometrics, Inc., a private Delaware company to commence negotiations to acquire or license that company’s proprietary and patented vascular scanning technology. The Company will now be definitively changing its name to “USA IDTech Inc.” to reflect the major emphasis the Company will be placing on its biometric identification division. The new website for the Company will become USAIDTech.com.
