Wall Street Journal -- WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--UCB SA (UCB.BT) subsidiary Schwarz Pharma Inc. will pay $22 million to settle allegations that it failed to notify the U.S. government that two of its drugs didn't qualify for coverage under federal health-care programs, the U.S. Justice Department announced Thursday.
