U.S. biopharmaceutical company Jazz Pharmaceuticals is to create 160 construction jobs and 50 full-time jobs with the set up of a new plant outside Athlone, Co Westmeath. Jazz Pharmaceuticals, which will be based in Monksland, will run a new manufacturing and development facility at the plant, RTÉ reported. The company established roots in Ireland in January 2012 after a merger with Azur Pharma.
