PARIS (Thomson Financial) - French pharmaceuticals group Transgene announced the launch of a one-for-four rights issue at 18.25 eur per share, aimed at raising 75.7 mln eur. Gross proceeds may be increased to around 100.1 mln eur if the 15 pct extension option and the 15 oct over-allotment option are both exercised in full.
