TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 15, 2009) - Toxin Alert Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TOX) announced today that it had completed a private placement announced May 8, 2009. The company sold 600,000 common shares priced at $0.05 a share to accredited investors. The shares were sold in two tranches. The shares have a hold period expiring September 13, 2009 and October 15, 2009. After the placement, Toxin Alert Inc. has a total of 11,042,796 shares outstanding.
