TCTMD -- Dyspnea is fairly common among patients receiving ticagrelor, but the side effect is typically mild and transient. More important, ticagrelor therapy appears to have no impact on cardiac or pulmonary function in patients who are free of active lung disease. The findings were published in the July 13, 2010, issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
