King of Prussia, PA—15-November 2011 – Theorem Clinical Research, previously Omnicare Clinical Research, is pleased to announce that Christian Tucat, MBA, has been appointed Vice President & General Manager, Europe Middle East & Africa. In this role, Mr. Tucat will have direct accountability for sales and the P&L of Theorem’s business in these regions.
“Christian’s primary objective is to grow Theorem’s business in these markets by helping to penetrate new business opportunities, building upon our existing customers, and by leveraging Theorem’s strengths here,” said John Potthoff, PhD, President and CEO of Theorem Clinical Research.
Mr. Tucat brings a wealth of clinical research Operational and Business Development success, as well as Pharmaceutical and entrepreneurial experience, to this role. Before his appointment, Mr. Tucat served as Theorem’s Vice President, Business Development—International. Prior to joining Theorem, he spent seven years at PRA, most recently as a Senior Vice President of Business Development EAPA, playing a fundamental part in PRA’s growth in the region. Prior to PRA, Mr. Tucat held several senior positions at Eli Lilly and GSK, both in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Tucat holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus Graduate School) in the Netherlands and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
