WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. home health-care services company Apria Healthcare Group Inc said on Thursday it would be acquired by an affiliate of private equity company Blackstone Group (BX.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) for $1.6 billion.
