Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in Court Over AstraZeneca PLC’s Seroquel Patent

Reuters -- Israel's Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (TEVA.O) has launched a High Court action in London to revoke the European patent for Seroquel, an anti-depressant developed by AstraZeneca (AZN.L), the Sunday Times reported.
